Have I told you how much of a sweet tooth I have?
Well if not let me fill you in. I’m in love with anything and everything sweet and if you are like me, this recipe is for you!
Plus is super quick and there is no baking involved!
Unfortunately, I’m going to be a bad blogger and not show you any of the processes photos since it was that quick!
- Mini cupcake pan
2 blocks of low-fat cream cheese
1 can of La Lechera fat-free condensed milk
1 box of Keebler Graham crust
1 cup of any low-fat butter or even coconut oil
- Mix the cream cheese and condensed milk.
- Melt butter and mix with Graham Crumbs
- While the cream cheese and condensed milk mix completely start setting the crumbs in the mini cupcake pan.
- With a small spoon pour mixture in the pan
- Set for 2 hours
And that’s it!
Easy right! The best thing they are delicious and “considered” low-fat!
You like that trick, so you can eat it during the week when your toddler is driving you up the wall accompanied with a great cup of coffee!
