Eating Schedule for a 7 Month Old

This post is sponsored by Nature’s Heart. All opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands I love!

It’s hard to believe we are already here, at 7 months, but my smallest is no longer a newborn and guys she loves to eat. Ever since turning 4 months Cami would just drool over our food so she was more than ready and when we got the okay from the doctor we made it happen.

Which is why I am SO happy we found the NEW Nature’s Heart baby food at my local HEB! This line is certified USDA organic, non GMO Project Verified, has no added sugar or artificial colors or flavors. The carefully selected organic fruits and veggies come together to make a delicious homemade taste!  PLUS beginning November, the Nature’s Heart pouches will be 100% recyclable through TerraCycle!

As a mom, I want to give my baby the best. With the NEW Nature’s Heart I feel all the confidence that I am giving her something that is not only great tasting, but also good for her!

Also HEB is offering a deal! SAVE $.75 off ANY TWO (2) Nature’s Heart® Organic Baby Food Items! For this offer you will need to download the coupon from 10/7-12/4! This coupon expires 12/31/19. Download that coupon and get to saving, yay!!

I have shared a lot of recipes and foods that we give Cami, so today I will be sharing our schedule as a 7-month-old. I will say this, Cami just turned 7 months on 9/15 so it’s a work in progress.

6:30-7:00 Wakes up

7:30 Eats breakfast

8:00-8:30 Playing- We let her crawl around with a few toys to entertain herself.

8:30- Nurses or takes a bottle- Currently doing 4-6oz

8:30-10:00 Morning nap

10:00-11:00 Playing- She tends to either crawl all over the house, play in her playpen or jump in her bouncy.

11:00 Snack (of course, the NEW Nature’s Heart pouches have been our go-to lately) and nursing session

11:00-12:00 More playing

12:00-1:00 Lunch

1:00- 1:30 Nurses or takes a bottle

1:45-4:00 Afternoon nap

4;00-4:30 Afternoon snack

5:00-5:30 Nurses or takes a bottle

5:30- 6:15 Plays. Again she is pretty much all over the house. We also add a bath in this time.

6:15-6:45 Dinner

7:00-7:30 Small nap. This nap helps us if we go to church that evening.

7:30-9:00 Family time. Playing and being carried.

9:00-9:15 Bedtime. If we go to church it’s pushed a little but she falls asleep on the way home.

She will usually wake up anywhere from 11-2am nurses or takes a bottle and back to sleep until 6-7.

Cami is a busy girl so when she is up she is moving and all over the place so keeping her fed and strong is very important. Nature’s Heart has made this so easy!

I tend to make her food from scratch but I make it in batches. I cook one time a week and that will last me 3-4 days. Some weeks I just don’t have the time, so on those days, I count on Nature’s Heart baby food to keep her going! Knowing these wholesome organic baby purees are made from the best, make my mom heart so happy! Plus Cami loves the taste so it’s a win-win! Pick up yours today at your local HEB!
